[Neo] Chameleon Kit

First deck of my small series of Decks for getting into Neo our new community format.

The powerlevel of these decks is rather low so they are probably not really a thing to take to a tournament.

So now to the question what is Neo: New community format with All NSG Sets as cartpool and a banlist.

What does this deck wanna do?

Get in Cheap with Chameleon for the start and than transition to RnD pressure with Conduit. Ice Carver + Talut lets you get through 6 Stenth ICE. Paule's Café is for banking a Chameleon so you can break ICE type 3 without using a pelangi token. Pelangi is there to go throug some ICE when you arent fully built up, and it stays usable later on.

The rest is just Econ.

Why no console you ask? Most of them are good but apart from giving memory I don't really see a console to really make this deck better.

Some changes? Get in some Simulchips, One card for it would be Chameleon.
