Thunderbolt Armaments: Peace Through Power makes Tithe good, let's exploit that.

This list is the results of iterations and discussions with NotAgain and Andrej. Big thanks for all the ideas and feedbacks.

This deck try to use a lot of HB tools to increase efficiency. We use our ID for three things :

1. Scare runners, since a lot of them will expect to face an 8 strength Stavka.
2. Give Tithe an End the Run subroutine.
3. Make the runner spend more than against other corps by adding strength and a sub.

To use our ID more, we use Brasília Government Grid to derez ices like Tithe, Gatekeeper and Hafrún. The latter is used as a cheap Border Control. Facing a possible Ansel 1.0 after the killer is out is not a good prospect for the runner.

Many agenda suite are possible. In a previous iteration, I used Élivágar Bifurcation to score 1 point from hand, which also synergize with the derez strategy. But scoring a Stegodon MK IV early really helps. Vulnerability Audit is chose to also increase the efficiency. You can score it with only one Seamless Launch.

Additionally, the strategy of this deck is to have multiple remote and making use of Fully Operational. Warm Reception helps a lot with that.

There is a discussion to have around Thunderbolt Armaments: Peace Through Power. Making the runner spend more matter, but a lot of runner are really rich. Still, now that Trick Shot is gone, this ID is more viable.
