[Startup] Comedian (A.K.A. Duct tape banana) v0.2

First attempt at deck-building for a local startup event.

Tagless NBN seems pretty weak in the current Startup meta, especially if you keep forgetting that Holo man can advance 3 times in many instances, and never invest in rez-ing your Sansans. Guess what I did?

A better player would advance the advanceables and actually leverage the surprises I put in here rather than letting them be discovered and trashed.

So... This might have legs?
