(De)construction v1

Started out as "Weyland 7 Agenda", and grew to 8 in order to make the deck a little more flexible via Project Atlas.

Probably still could use a couple specific tweaks at this point. - Grim is nice. Wondering if it is worth the influence to splash Roto in its place, or take a second Grim, maybe Swordsman back (not much AI in my meta). - Overload vs Shutdown. Both gives it a bit more flexibility, but I do wonder if I can trim one to focus a bit more on the other and fit another Jackson/Melange/DRT. - The one SEA hasn't really hurt the ability to pop the runner. The deck digs deep, and Project Atlas is always there to help. I'd probably have to swap the Tollbooths for something else to take a second SEA again.
