For a first attempt, it's a pretty good deck. The main thing I'd comment on is your lack of influence use. It's a really common place thing to build an archetype and want pieces from other factions - and that's not a bad thing at all. I'd make the following out of faction recommendations. (Not necessarily perfect, I'm just spitballing ideas) (Wall of text incoming, I kinda explode when it comes down to terrible ideas for decks. So take my suggestions critically . . .)

  • Forged Activation Orders / Emergency Shutdown for even more hot denial action
  • Better breaker set. Darwin is good, but it's easy to just shut down. Clear counters - and even if you have to pay cash - you're locked out of the board for a while. It's also pretty cash heavy, and with Reina, you want to go with heavy aggression - and Kati Jones just slows you down. I'd certainly cut the Daily Casts and add in 2-3 Lucky Finds.
  • Déjà Vu is a great card for any deck that has chess pieces (Rook in your case, because you may need to get them back) or Parasites.
  • Knight is probably the best (if not, then one of the best) 'troubleshooters' in the runner arsenal - and hell - it's in faction for you!
  • e3 Feedback Implants would combo well with both Darwin and Knight - just making it a little cheaper to deal with multi subroutine ICE.
  • If you can fit it, Account Siphon - just go ham and run the damn card. You've got enough influence space, might as well. It also advances your own game by giving you cash. You may want to either make it a point to shed tags immediately - or run Plascrete Carapace or something. If you want to just float tags, perhaps run Plascrete Carapace, Joshua B. and Data Leak Reversal - to make the most of it.
  • Cut a Cyber Threat, cut a Retrieval Run, cut a Vamp and add 3 Same Old Things. They're more versatile - since they let you get what you want. Slower - I'll admit, but especially if you go down the Account Siphon path - it's incredibly useful to be able to just play more Siphons.
  • Add a third Underworld Contact - it's a blood great card for economy - and the best part being you don't have to click to get it! If you're going down that road of course.
  • Fester is pretty good - but if the Corp is going to clear counters - they'll clear counters. Especially with Darwin, Parasite and Datasucker, there's going to be enough to make it worth while. It's a nice include, but maybe just 2x. Corp can also just dump their money into something else, then clear to dodge your effect totally.

But yeah, the whole Reina denial thing is a fun archetype - and you've definitely put your own twist to it. Main thing is that you should really spend your influence. You'll never have all the perfect pieces for no influence, even if you just spend it on Lucky Find - it's better than not spending it at all.
