SanSan N.E.A.R.P.A.D

Based off of Toomin's original build, and I liked the original so much I built my own, taking some notes from more current iterations. I'm sad to see it fall by the wayside for Butchershop, but given how much more consistent and easier that is to setup for a kill, it's not surprising.

However, this was the deck I was WANTING to play when I saw NEH spoiled: asset spam to overwhelm the runner, and generate ridiculous amounts of card advantage.

License Acquisition over TGTBT. The tags would be helpful, but scoring this out reclaims trashed SanSan City Grid and City Surveillance and REZZES THEM FOR FREE. Cannot be overstated how amazing of an investment this agenda is. I hate seeing it get stolen almost as much as I hate seeing Astro get ripped from my grip or RND.

Rainbow may be an odd choice, but with it I hope to tax Corroders heavily and force their efficient breakers. It's just an efficient piece of ice and I usually keep one or more in every corp deck. Bonus effect of being great fodder for Cutlery to protect tollbooth.

Encryption Protocol are my MVPs. They're utterly amazing at taxing the runner. Even Magnum Opus decks will struggle to keep up in the Asset war without Vamping or Siphoning me.

Snare! is also a favorite card of mine. Keeps runners honest with checking blind remotes and multiaccessing, turns on Dedicated Response Team, and it just a fun tax. Bonus, if they refuse to trash it, Diversified Portfolio becomes that much better.

Speaking of which Diversified Portfolio is an MVP. It's not a Turn 1-2 hedge fund, but it's better for the long game, which deck excels at. Typically nets as many credits as Hedge Fund, but doesnt require a 5 credit pool to start. My current record against a MO deck is $10.

City Surveillance should be rezzed after a Closed Accounts, or with Protocols on the board to protect it.

SanSan City Grid as a backup plan if DRTs and Never Advance cannot get there fast enough.

What is your response to Clot? Also, in a DRT deck, why did you not make space for at least a single Gutenberg? I know that sounds judgey, but I am actually just curious as to your thoughts behind not including it.

@DarkTsunder @quiciuq I do have the first pack of the SanSan cycle, and I've been kicking around ideas for Clot. I've only played against one deck packing it thus far. I was considering Cyberdex Virus Suite as a one of, possibly replacing a Marked accounts

Gutenberg will replace a Data Raven most likely.
