Splinter Nasir

I thought that a good way of getting around Nasir's ability would be to try the stealth route, there were two good stealth breakers in faction, and to save on influence i threw in "Lady" as a high efficiency fracter. I found that not having cash on hand made trashing assets and upgrades to be a problem so I put in a couple of imps, which also has the benefit if lettiing me put NAPD contracts into the archives where I could plan for them better. Most everything is pretty cheap letting me use up money on things that I need before I potentially lose it all (I'm looking at you popup and imp). I like the astrolabe and the other card draw cards to try and get me what I need quickly.
