Gagarin Team Turtles.

Tech Startup is the big card here. It gives you double credits off of Turtlebacks and gives you lots of opportunities to grab what you need for specific cases. Get Elizabeth Mills if you have a Hostile Takeover in hand to nullify the bad pub, or grab Team Sponsorship if she's already in HQ/Archives. Otherwise get Turtlebacks out early to start the money coming.

Team Sponsorship makes every agenda score really profitable. Score a Hostile Takeover, Team Sponsorship out an asset, possibly earning money off of Turtlebacks. If you have access to a Mills in HQ/Archives you can instantly nullify the bad pub. Bad pub with Gagarin is really rough so try not to let it stick. It's also good for recurring Tour Guide who is the other star in this deck.

I think going up to 54 cards adding some Museum of History and Mumba Temple might make it even better for more recursion and to keep tempo while rezzing assets for free, making it very hard for the runner to keep up. I also found that using Housekeeping instead of Paywall Implementation significantly helps against Shaper and you should generate enough money that you don't need the extra money influx. Not sure about Archer with only 12 ICE as you are already lacking stuff you rezz for the first few turns. I also found that Datapike is a nice addition in Gagarin to protect your first money asset, so maybe exchange one Enigma...?

Turtlebacks + Tech Startup + Museum of History is a combo I've wanted to try for a long time. After you have the Turtles and a Museum out, you could at the beginning of your turn trigger Tech for another Tech, which triggers your Turtles. Then use Museum to shuffle the Tech you just trashed back in. ITS A THING I SWEAR.

Regarding your current list, a singleton Paywall won't do much here. I agree with the Housekeeping call.

@sod_timber_wolfDefinitely agree. I stopped buying packs after D&D and was just posting this list for a friend to reference after using it in casual play.

I'd probably do -1 Paywall, -1 Launch Campaign, +3 Museum, + 3 Mumba, +1 New Construction (maybe more New Construction instead of Oaktown?). Slots are probably too tight for any current, especially since I'm playing 1 pointers and am light on ICE. Maybe cut Corp Town for another ICE -- I've never actually rezzed it.

Corporate Town is a monster in gagarin, especially in the current meta. Thanks to Museum of History you are in no hurry to score. Using Corp town to wreak the runners econ/draw engine behind double tour guides will cause massive damage against anarchs (and let's be honest, about 50%+ is anarchs at the moment ). I would change Elizabeth Mills into a Executive Boot Camp to tutor assets you need, rez assets even cheaper and have a free additional tour guide routine. I am currently playing without tech startup but I did some time ago (exchanged it for DBS) and it's really good. With the new pack I will also try new construction but I feel like we need a bit additional draw to make the most out of it. Otherwise, Mumbad Construction Co. is great, allowing you to FA stuff like naked installed NAPD Contract and I want to give it a go :D I wouldn't cut any more Oaktown as I think it's weylands second best agenda available :)
