In the St. Louis regional this deck went 4-1 in Swiss. I lost to IG, which is a bummer, since usually it does pretty well in that match-up. It can beat IG if you get the combination of Security Testing money and Medium digs early. In my experience, its weakest match-ups are against glacier decks (did not play against any glacier in St Louis).
I don't mulligan for Rebirth, but the card is a great perk in the deck. The go-to switch is Leela, against IG I'll switch to Gabe, and against glacier (if I'm losing when I get the card) I'll switch to Iain.
Since the St Louis regional, I have swapped out the Passport for a third Special Order. The new version just made top 8 in the Cleveland regional. It went 5-0 in swiss against Palana, NEH, and Blue Sun. I'm very pleased with this deck's consistency, and it's really fun to play!
