[Startup] Tag Spam R+

Another deck I tossed together for the weekend startup GNK I ran. Most of my locals only play Standard, so I figured I'd bring a spare pair of decks in case someone showed up without Startup decks, and it ended up being helpful for someone. They ended up going 2-1 with this deck.

Long term plan: use tags to rigshoot, or with Mindscaping reliably flatline the runner. Imposing ICE like Valentao and Piranhas can keep the runner busy. If runners are smart and keep clearing tags, score out with Kingmaking + Oracle / Superconducting.

AMAZE + Oracle can often leave the runner floating a tag, meaning Retribution is a possible angle to push the runner back. Additionally, with the lack of SMC and ways to reliably cheat through ICE, it's funny how often a simple Ping kept players away from getting into a scoring server.
