Hateful Argus

Do you really hate Runners and want to bring some misery upon them? Then go and play CTM or any other competitive deck. This one is thematic/fun (for you and only if you into that corporative domination sort of thing), but wins more than you could expect.

Our gameplan is suffocating runner out of the game mostly with Underway Renowation and Chronos Protocol. Destroyers and accidental damage help too. Exact win mechanism depends, but usually scoring out if you manage to exile at least one kind of breakers or runner runs out of recursion or goes broke and just can't keep up in tempo. Kills are mostly accidental - all your tag punishments is 3 scorches without much tutoring and traps usually just bully runner out.

Our ID wins tempo early and Stock Buy-Back gives awesome money surge around midgame, when you slow down and runner usually gets some agendas. Especially with News Teams, which also prolong match enough for us to finish wrecking their deck.

May be needs more Fast Tracks (gives you underways/chronoses you really need right now) or Bailiff->Vanilla switch to safely rush with open HQ.

Decks packs no bad pub because its interacts badly with our strategic taxation gameplan.

Deck is weak/unreliable (you still pack some rush potenial) vs rush/tempo runners and recursion (happily those two things are generally mutually exclusive) and preys on recursion-poor ones (with slight of luck).
