Sunny 1.2 "Mecha-Shiva Mommy"- Drip Econ & Zu.13/Datasucker/

rvrchamp 1

Update: Played a couple more games, and tweaked the breaker search for more consistency and end game use. Self-modifying Code should outdo Special Order as long as you don't forget to pop it before Data Folding ticks at the beginning of your turn (ie use it on your opponents turn).

I added some Dirty Laundry for extra John Masanori fun (in the games I've played so far, he's pulled his weight big time). Also changed around a couple other cards to make them a bit more consistent.

Testing will continue.

History: +3 Self-modifying Code +3 Dirty Laundry +1 Data Folding −1 Special Order -1 Employee Strike −2 Modded −1 Security Chip -1 Datasucker -1 Multithreader

Second attempt at a Sunny Lebeau: Security Specialist deck. Played a couple games at the FLGS (go Game Empire!) tonight, and did ok. Was able to get the econ and card draw going very quickly, but in both games stalled out quickly with only 2 breakers.

Pros:

John Masanori was great for card draw, as was Symmetrical Visage & Earthrise Hotel. I'd love to work in Jak Sinclair to combo with John Masanori, Datasucker, or even Desperado.

Career Fair worked perfectly getting out the resources, although a couple times I had 2 credit cost resources and was hesitant using it to install one.

I was able to get the Datasucker out quickly, and build up counters with it. Being the only virus in the deck, purging is especially taxing for the opponent. Combo'ing 2 Datasuckers is going to be super efficient with Sunny's cloud breakers. A lot of ice will need just 1 token to lower it into the "optimal" strength range for her breakers.

Globalsec Security Clearance seemed to provide enough pressure to the corp to ice up R&D, although I wasn't able to fully capitalize on the information since I was missing one of the 3 breakers (see below)

Cons

I was only able to get out 2 of the 3 breakers each game. Early running wasn't "too" bad, but it was definitely a tempo swing paying for GS Sherman M3 and GS Shrike M2 without the Multithreader.

I didn't feel memory was much of an issue, but can see where being forced to install Dyson Mem Chip just to keep 2 Datasucker and 2 Multithreader out is going to be necessary for keeping Data Folding working
