Loki: Trickster God

Handsome Jack 1632

Hey kids! Tired of your ICE being useless? Now they can't even be broken! (except by AI, boo) Put Underway Grids on your servers and win unless they have AI and then you are sad. Friends if they Parasite something! Levy for crappy tutor! Literally nothing can go wrong!

This is super interesting. I'd be curious to see how consistent it is, even when the runner doesn't have an AI icebreaker.

Between Crisium Grid, Off the Grid, and Levy University, I feel like a set of Breaker Bay Grid might be very helpful. Maybe in place of Shipment from MirrorMorph. You don't really need to burst install your hand.

I ran this ICE suite out of CI at the recent Perth regionals. I locked out three runners in the Swiss, and the fourth was using Mammon as their AI breaker which meant slow expensive turns, or only making single runs. It's not Tier 1 but it's fun to see the expression on their face when they see they can't get into your servers.

@PurinaBisonChow He already has 2 3-of Region upgrades. Adding more regions might just be over the top, since they can't be combined.

@Handsome Jack Which servers do you usually ICE and how?
Does the remote not get any ICE, because it uses OTG as only defense?

I have been playing Vamadeva for the last couple of weeks exactly because of this Ice Suite. Question - is there anything to be said for adding 3 more super cheap Ice instead of Levy and overwriting them when you draw some of your ideal 9? Perhaps Paper Wall?

@Krams Totally forgot about the Region clause. ::facepalm::

I still worry about money (Off the Grid is 6 to rez!) and my comment about not needing the burst install still holds so maybe IPO instead of Shipment from Mirrormorph?

If you dont have a Mother Goddess on the inside, they can run through even though they cannot run again. If you put a Data Mine or It's a Trap! on the inside of Loki they would flatline if they choose to shuffle their hand into the stack ;)
