First time building a deck.

Haven't tested this yet.

Basically, you can go into the Accelerated Diagnostics + Power Shutdown + Jackson Howard + Scorched Earth.

"The game plan was to try and score either The Cleaners or an over-advanced Project Atlas early so that I can either fetch the cards I need early or make a double scorch kill land even through a Plascrete. Then the goal was to get Sea Source + Double Scorch. If I am forced to use one of the Scorches prematurely or it ends up in Archives somehow, I'd use the combo as a backup way to get to it."

No idea which ICE to use, though.
