Wall up an Underway Renovation and either mill at random for some opponent sad face, or combine it with Real TV for continuous surgical mills and lots of opponent sad face. Try and get Blacklist online to lock out a breaker type. Combine with Power Shutdown and Destroyers for maximum opponent sad face.

This should probably be 2x Blacklist. Probably just cut the Protocol. Didn't feel like bothering with edit, since its just an untested concept deck. I feel bad running only 2 Public Supports in here also.
