Spinal Modem, cheap to install, and you get 2, which you can use to boost Study Guide even you are not running for that turn.

Dyson Mem Chip, used to boost which help you with the downside of Spinal Modem, also enables Underworld Contact and Data Folding.

Sports Hopper, same as Dyson Mem Chip, but also prevent get killed from Meat Damage or Net Damage out side of your turn.

Clone Chip, just in case some program got trashed.

Icebreaker

GS Shrike M2, just because it's efficient.

Paperclip, I think this is better than Corroder and it only cost 3 with Kate's ability.

Study Guide, If you are not making a run during a turn, you can still use the from Spinal Modem and Multithreader to boost strength. And after you got all your setup for most of your Hardware and Program, you can Rebirth into Rielle "Kit" Peddler: Transhuman.
