Forged Activation Orders is used to flip up ice so that you can grab the appropriate piece of cutlery (Fork, Knife, Spoon) to destroy it. You can also grab cutlery from your stack with Planned Assault and from your heap with Same Old Thing once you know which one you need. Recon and Inside Job also encourage the Corp to flip up ice while allowing you to survive the encounters, and PPVP (Prepaid VoicePAD) and Public Terminal pay for everything.

Very neat idea. Man, those Criminal breakers suck. But I guess if you can trash ice then you don't have to pay to use them that often. Still, I would make that Vamp a Corroder. And I would probably make two of those Recon into Legwork for a bit of multi-access.
