Ice centrals, try and get an early Medical Breakthrough score behind some binary ice.

Mushin Junebugs and just use them as Trick of Light banks. Also stick a CVS on them so the runner can't just go and trash it whenever they want. If you're in a pinch just Back Channel them.

Play the shell game with SanSan, Psychic Field, and Snare.
