Inspired by the guys at Bad Publicity. This is the version of the deck that I took to the Portland Regional Tournament. You can find a complete tournament report here: http://www.projectmulligan.com/android-netrunner-portland-regional-after-action-report/
Your loss in round 5 is exactly this issue I have with this set-up... sometimes you just lose.
A card I had a lot of fun with was punitive counterstrike. They pinched a Mushinned Government contracts on their second turn, and I double PCd to flatline. Doesn't work all the time, but with Hiro and Junebug about it gets a lot more dangerous. Also, if you aren't struggling for money, consider Shi.Kyu. You can either kick them hard, or make it so they need to steal 3 agendas instead of 2 to win.
Some recursion might help here, too, as you are very reliant on Mushin No Shin
