Baby Don't Hurt Me

FarCryFromHuman 113

Highly experimental deck using Noise to do what he does best, but in a totally different way.

DISCLAIMER: This deck is trying to do more than one thing. This is rarely advisable. Let's try anyway.

Increase your hand size with Public Sympathy, Origami and Box-E. Take tags all day. Keep your hand full with Earthrise Hotel. Use Vamp and Lamprey to keep the corp poor enough to ignore your resources (they aren't threatening anyway). If they purge virus counters, awesome, they just wasted a turn. If they aggressively trash your resources, well even better. Levy them back in after wasting tons of the corp's time and money.

When you are ready, install Data Leak Reversals, Joshua B. and Stim Dealers, play Amped Ups, then use the extra 's to mill R&D into oblivion.

The corp will think you are insane. I likely am.

Things to change:

Economy - Really it's awful. You don't need a ton of credits, and Kati plays very well with Vamp, but Lamprey is really there to force the corp to keep ice on HQ and potentially purge. You get a single mill for 1 so really it's worth it even if you never hit HQ. Maybe adding Cache is the right call? Ixodidae can do a reasonable amount of work if the corp lets you into HQ for a while.

Identity - The identity could probably be swapped. With only 6 viruses in the deck, Noise hardly ever triggers. MaxX is probably the correct one to use but she terrifies me.

Draw - I really wanted Duggar's in this deck, and it was one of my final cuts.

Swordsman - FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. I should probably squeeze in a Parasite.

Eater - Just got the one for now. The idea is you really don't care about anything but "End the run." You only care about this while Lamprey and Vamp are still worth playing. Really running is just something to do while the rest of your rig comes together, and to keep a little pressure on the corp (mostly psychological - losing money totally throws off a corp's game).

Influence Usage - Any combination of the shards. Account Siphon. Retrieval Run? Code Siphon!

I've Had Worse - It's not in the deck?!?

In Another Life - Switch the identity to MaxX, drop all the viruses, and use Data Folding and a better breaker suite.

In The One After That - Switch the identity to Edward or Whizzard with a few other changes and really focus down HQ while you assemble the pieces to mill R&D.

A thought:Combo LLDS Energy Regulator with Feedback Filter. Needs some solid economy to keep running (Perhaps Underworld Contact + Data Folding)

Expect I missed the part where those brain damages can't be pretended. Well, I'll think of something later
