With advance notice v2.3

My new attempt to make something good with Because We Built It.

This deck is about forcing the runner to follow your pace and going into the long run where you are much stronger and dangerous. This is how it achieve it:

• A LOT of ICE! Most of them pay themselves back for the most part: (Shadow,Tollbooth, Archer) and others are really cheap (Ice Wall, Matrix Analyzer).
• Only 9 Agenda with 3 that you can score out of your hand to gain 5 credits.
• Advancing ICE give you more for your buck and make you stronger in mid/long term.
• Concistency. A lot of the operation you want at low cost, a lot of ICE and only five TRASH cards.
• Click wise: You won't spend many Click to gain 1 credit or draw one cards. You'll prefer advancing stuff (even if you have to pay for it) and take your time.
• Comeback Fast: At some point, you'll find a Commercialization and you'll get a ton of credits real quick THEN you can play your Reclamation Order to get even richer.

The runner will spend his effort on your cheap ICE that you keep upgrading each turn while taxing him. There is a SMALL chance that he gonna hit the agenda score before the mid game. By that time there is a good chance that you have already scored a Hostile Takeover and have a remote server with strong ICE (Hadrian's Wall, Archer, Swarm) and ready to settle the game.

Cards:

Corporate Troubleshooter(CT): It can hold a server for a turn when you want to score or when you are want to hurt the runner. Exemple: - Woodcutter + CT: Game ender. There is only one copy as the deck don't focus on flatlining the runner.

• Archer + CT: Trash 2 of his nastiest programs + ETR.
• Swarm + CT: Trash EVERYTHING, it's pretty much a reset bottom for the runner.
• Hadrian's Wall + CT: I don't think you'll need it for this one...

Reclamation Order(RO): You dropped 2-3 BeanStalk or Hedge Fund and need money to rez a Hadrian's Wall next turn? Even better, you played 2-3 Commercialization a few turn before. Hit a RO and laugh with the runner about how ridiculous your credit pool just popped up.

Ice Wall: This is your favorite one early one. You want it on your R&D and keep advancing it up to around 10 if possible. If it gets there then...$$ (chiching). + Ice Wall is better than a Hadrian's Wall at this point simply because a Emergency Shutdown or something similar can't hurt your economy with this one.
