Fastrobiotics (post NMWL)

A little bit of tinkering for a Fastro deck post NAPD Most Wanted List.

Fundamentally, the basic gameplan is kept intact - we can still chain astros on top of a sansan, we have a strong advantage engine with our identity, and we can stretch the runner thing. What we did lose was good agendas (NAPD no longer fits in), better ice (no more 3x Eli, 2x Architect), and a slightly weaker combo (lose a biotic, but that wasn't even a sure thing).
