The idea is to get 6 runs a turn, hopefully hit all three centrals and play Notoriety or Quest Completed. Mostly central runs with a couple of one offs more to be a surprise than anything else.

You do realize you have 2 influence spare right? Also have you thought about Frame Job + Blackmail with the Notoriety or Data Dealer.
