Macgyver 2.0

A tweaked list to be a bit faster and more reliable than my first attempt. Maker's Eye out for R&D Interface and made room for a Sharpshooter. SMCs were added to be a bit quicker and are mostly for pulling out SS or DE in case I hit something terrible. Otherwise it's install the cheap ones as normal (usually for free), save the Modded for Toolbox, RDI, or MO if I really need the money. Femme's only come out via Test Runs to skip into a server for a big dig or an Infiltrated remote that holds the winning point.
