Poor Man's Untrashable (Core + TA, MT & TC)

Here's my first attempt at deckbuilding! I'm new to the game and really like the idea of db0's Untrashable v4 build. I only own the core set, Mala Tempora, Trace Amount & True Colors, so I wanted to try making the closest thing I could without key cards like Jackson Howard, Braintrust, etc. Please let me know if there is anything I can do within these limitations and what my next priority should be.
