Cut 3 events and use Same Old Thing. You can easily end up with a handful of event that are "not useful right now". This way you'll have better flexibility and you can ditch some cards if they clogging up your grip.

Ask yourself if this works better out of another criminal ID. Sure, the 9 card headstart gives you a 1 in 5 that you're going to find your console - but I've found some good utility in running Andy more like Sunny, with a lot of low-cost resources that can be rolled out quickly to get you a headstart on drip econ.

The only change I'd make here is to run Career Fair other than Easy Mark - why? in the case of Daily Casts and Earthrise Hotel, it's worth 3, plus it's two cards out with one click. I also think you need Kati Jones here.
