I've built this deck around Hostile Infrastructure. Snare! deals 4 net damage if trashed, Cerebral Overwriter deals an addtional net damage if trashed. And the ID keeps the trash cost high. Included Shock! because the runner must run Archives against this ID.

The idea is to avoid Mushin No Shin agendas. Use it on your assets and let the runner decide. Use Trick of Light to score from hand and Jackson Howard to shuffle the them back. How beautiful it must be to watch a runner hit a Cerebral Overwriter he can't trash and then Trick the counters and score on your next turn. Basic shell risky game.
