I would put in data raven, DR over UCF is almost unrunable, as long as its not a remote.

@Oathwood I agree you have virtually no tagging so UCF seems somewhat pointless.

I think what @x3r0h0uris trying to say is to have Data Raven in front of Universal Connectivity Fee, to make the server virtually unrunable outside of Stealth decks.

That's actually exactly what I said :P. There is also femme and parasite though. Also ai breakers for ucf. That said, that's solid value at 5 cr
