[Startup] Mikhail Tāo

The game plan is very simple: hammer R&D.

Here's the script:

• Overload R&D with Botulus / Boomerang.
• Have a Mayfly installed.
• Use Self-modifying Code to accelerate this process, if needed.
• Have 2-credit cards installed (to make Khusyuk effective).
• Have a Khusyuk and a Deep Dive on your grip.
• Then, the hammer goes down:
  • Play Khusyuk to steal an agenda
  • Use Tāo Salonga ability or Simulchip to move ice or Botulus, if that's gonna help you break the other centrals.
  • Run HQ (use Mayfly if needed)
  • Run Archives (use Mayfly if needed)
  • Play Deep Dive and steal a 2nd agenda.

Additional thoughts:

• Sometimes you won't be able to get your ducks in a row. In any case, you can still focus on the main strategy, which is keep pressuring R&D via Khusyuk and/or Conduit.
• Tāo Salonga ability and Simulchip can help you moving Botulus around in case you need to shake things up and deviate from the main plan (e.g. you're on the verge of winning/losing the game and you want to give HQ or a remote server a try).
• This is a shaper deck, so money shouldn't be a problem.
• This is a 40 card deck for a straightforward gameplay.

Obs.: the deck name is a tribute to Mikhail Tal, the legendary former World Chess Champion, also known as "The Magician from Riga".
