Ice eats Overmind tokens like candy, so use E3 Feedback Implants to break them of their sugar habit and Scavenge and Test Run to slap those Overminds back into play. The rest is there to make sure you keep cash on hand and snag agendas.

You only get the +1 credit once a turn, so lead off with a run if you can and then use the rest of the turn to build up for the next one.
