Turbo mill using Mass Install with program econ up the wazoo. Can't wait for Cache!!! Played the crap out of this today. There is something to this, but it is lacking the tools in total. Pretty dang fun.
It is a basic durdle deck that just churns through cheap viruses. The econ in this is quite strong. Djinn for Cache, take off the counters, sac to Aesop's is very good. Basic Wyldside/Aesop's engine, utilizing Mass Install to leverage action loss--with Deja Vu as reloading means.
Ultimately, the deck wants to mill the crap out of the corp and try and make big runs. The single Femme is there for corps that shallowly defend their Archives. In truth, I think this deck could play a single Crypsis, as you can facecheck and play the Parasite/Sucker game, where possible.
Something to this deck, though I made it moreso for a friend who just likes to play more of a passive game. Cache will be massive for Noise in general. Tried a few iterations of this all day today and made edits as we went. I would gladly drop:

At a glance, Origami should be good if it increases handsize by 2. Needs. More. Cheap. Viruses!!!
