Lttlefoot 1285

Inspired by LSK's Pure Neutral Corp deck, but not as playable mainly due to lack of good icebreakers. There's a bunch of extra memory here to make Overminds last a bit longer, and Public Sympathy lets you spend more time drawing cards to find them, while The Source slows the Corp down a bit.

I started making this deck and I realized it was a lot less interesting on the runner side, alas! Here's hoping for more neutral breakers... and neutral programs in general.

The other way to go with this might be to use an identity that already has one link (Iain or Andromeda would be good) and use Underworld Contact.
