First draft of a Kim Deck.

Get out your Anarch Breaker suite using SMC's, and run lots with credits from cyberfeeder hopefully getting a trigger off your ability every turn.

The deck could probably use more econ and more card draw. It also needs an answer to Lotus Field, with might either be swapping in Zu/Goardian instead of an SMC/Personal Touch.

I'd also like get in more HQ mutli access, Nerve Agent since its in faction or make some space for legworks.

Stimhack might also be out of place but had in there for emergency runs, might be able to swap it for Scrubber to reduce ice strength even further though this might be overkill with Personal Touch, Ice Craver and Data Sucker

I'm running some similar things. Doesn't an Ice Carver plus a personal touch on a Yog.0 basically deal with any 5 strength code gate? I think you could skip the data suckers and put something else in.

I ended up finding that I'd either play personal touch + Ice carver of just the data suckers by themselves. The deck works well enough though its not very fast. Out of the six or so games I've played I think I've only lost one but never had Kim's ability fire once since people just blew operations as soon as they got them.

I'd probably swap out a Personal Touch for Shards maybe and replace the datasuckers with imps for the next few games. Also I dropped a Spinal for another Earthrise.
