So the runner just spent his last click and you rezzed Chairman Hiro. Best case scenario it's Ronin + Neural EMP for the win.

But let's say the bastard decided to run your unrezzed and unadvanced (if you didn't Mushin him for the bluff) Boss instead. Then you better have him protected behind Inazuma + Kitsune. Chances are great you'll be able to present the invader with a Fetal AI, dealing 3 net damage and costing $2 (if stolen) or a Snare!, dealing 3 and a tag. Well, the son of a bitch kept on running. That's OK, let him pay $6 (please, no IMPs) and take another net damage. Those are some expensive 2 points IMO. I'm not even considering the House of Knives counters or the killing traps the runner might fall into.

The felon probably holds less than 4 cards now. The combinations are many. Ronin + Scorched Earth, Scorched Earth + Neural EMP, Ronin + Ronin, and so it goes.

Hiro is dangerous for both players but he also costs the runner 6 creds and a net. That's more than NAPD Contract if stolen from centrals. But once installed he can mean victory. This deck is insane and needs further testing, so obviously suggestions are welcome.
