Jinteki Madness MK4

damled 1

I've had some pretty good success with this deck, with a previous iteration going 4/0 in Adelaide Regionals. Unfortunately I was let down by my runner deck though, and finished 12th overall.

I feel like it needs some explaination though, because I've never seen anybody play Jinteki: Replicating Perfection the same way I do. I've been playing RP since it came out, and have been slowly tweaking it since then. The quantity of ICE has been carefully chosen to give a 50% chance of drawing 2+ in the opening hand.

Mulligan if you don't draw at least 2 ICE. Never ICE remotes, and try to get Sundew and Encryption Protocol down as soon as possible. Install House of Knives, Unorthodox Predictions as soon as you draw them, and score on your next turn.

Most of the time, House of Knives has resulted in a win, either through a face check of Komainu, or in one case the runner ran on a remote with no cards in hand.

Jackson Howard is only included for recursion - I've never used his click ability in a game.

Many turns are Install, Install, Install, or Install, Credit, Credit if HQ is empty. I'll use Diversified Portfolio early game in a pinch, but generally save it for late game when you can get maximum return.

Once the Jinteki Money Train (TM) (both PAD Campaign, 3x Sundew) gets rolling, it works pretty well.

I tend to keep the odd Snare! and Fetal AI in HQ, and am pretty happy if the first agenda stolen by the runner is a Medical Breakthrough.

When you score Unorthodox Predictions, Sentry is always the prediction.

I'm considering swapping Jackson Howard out for something else (Maybe Shock!?), but he's saved my bacon against a Noise mill deck, so I'm hesitant to remove him.

If anyone has any pointers on how to make this deck better, I would welcome the input.
