I'm not going to be able to play in Cobalt's Toybox tournament on April 13th, so I'm going to post the Corp I would play for everyone's amusement.
The main reason to play Seidr is that Corps in the format are really behind due to the inability to deal with agenda flood. A sensible way to deal with this would be to simply score agendas as fast as you can - and that's probably valid, if you can find ice good enough for the purpose. Seidr represents a different approach - by putting cards back on top of R&D you slow the flow of more and more agendas entering your hand, so that you can have a little more time to try and score them.
Money is a big issue in this format. You have few transaction operations, and assets can easily be trashed by superior Runner economies. We try to make the latter better by including both Encryption Protocol and Oaktown Grid (while also making trashing inconvenient by Ronald Five potentially triggering Seidr). The trash cost increases allow us to play Product Recall (easily reaching something like 8 credits) so that we can transition towards a scoring plan.
Scoring is pretty straightforward. We usually aim to put something on the scoring remote - hopefully a Janus 1.0 rezzed by Eliza's Toybox - and then score a Remote Enforcement to fetch Wotan. At that point, if HQ is properly protected, the game gets a little easier. A big problem in this format is that lack of 3/2s means our scoring is usually very telegraphed, so we play Early Premiere as one of the few ways to improve this.
This has gone 3-0 in testing for me, despite all of the games feeling bad and shaky. The meta reads as very likely Runner favored to me.
