Sisyphus has a dragon now

In an attempt to get some new startup lists on NRDB, members of Rigging Up are going to be publishing deck-lists as we play them today and prove they aren't complete garbage to each other.

The goal of this deck is to have enough money to rez biawaks and cloud eaters after scoring out a sisyphus to create a misery engine that either kills the runner, or that you can score to 8/9 points behind.
