Reconstructor lock

Drawing inspiration from @pandapersona's build I thought I'd try what I would do. Purely atman based, that way you can run atman at whatever strength their ice on R&D is, so you can run with impunity. Parasite to destroy ice to keep costs down and remove swordsman.

Aesops economy with Daily Casts and armitage (last tick aesop's) and spare record reconstructors. Light on events so you can spend all your time running (draw when needed).

Not sure if CS MC is needed, maybe just akamatsu.
