Took me a while to wrap my head around playing Smoke. I tried a few different lists but nothing was clicking for me.

Then I put turbines and the efficient breakers and... yeah, rips through everything. Does take a little time to set up but you can definitely contest remotes with some SMCs, simulchips and overclock.

I did find most of the smoke decks I tried ran out of econ relatively quickly than most other decks. So I added in the Liberateds and Miss Bones to keep on going. The only ice you'd need to boost for is Bulwark and Chiyashi, but, we'll be fine, right? Right?
