Wanted to build a deck that not only taxed the Runner, but made accessing servers and agendas expensive. There's not a lot of EtR, and I splashed out my influence for NBN ice, in the hopes that the runner would finally get through my ice, paying the Tolls only to find that they have to pay a further credit to access NAPD and not have the funds to do anything about it.
