PPVP Quail (Phoenix Comics & Games Custom ID Tourney)

This was my runner deck for the Phoenix Comics and Games custom ID tournament in Seattle, WA. It uses Jonathan "The Quail" Douglas, a 45/15, 0 Shaper ID (submitted by @jakodrako) with the text "The first time you make a successful run on any central server each turn, you may add 1 card from your heap to the bottom of your stack."

I spent much more time working on my corp deck, so I don't have much for this writeup. Janky breakers that can be recurred with clone chips that can then be recurred with Quail + Window. PPVP econ is amazing when you can use your ID to reuse the same Sure Gamble 3-4 times.
