[Startup] Baz commits tax evasion (2nd @ WFET)

I finished 2nd at the Birmingham UK startup tournament, with this deck going a clean 3-0.

Bazza was always going to be the deck for me once Elevation dropped. With no Boomerang or Cezve in startup though, we're mostly using the ability for some tempo installs whilst putting an absurd amount of pressure on the corp thanks to Maglectric Rapid (748 Mod) and Transfer of Wealth. Red Team ensures we still get value even if they let us in.

Wins against BANGUN rush, an absolute nail-biter against Nebula ice tower, and just squeaked a win against Synapse righshooter.

In terms of changes, the deck's really low on draw cards, and honestly there's not much we can do in startup except play MuslihaT instead. Still, the Lie Low I added at the last minute seemed to do the trick.
