Something Sable [Startup]

Sable's identity provides a benefit which is:
- occasional because we have no control over which server is marked, there is a chance it will mark a server that provides no value in running)
- temporal (versus economic) because it gains us a click and not credits
- run-based (as the benefit may only occur during a run)

With this defined, we consider that her benefit should not be relied upon to provide value all the time. Enough of the conditions are outside our control, and the benefit not impactful enough, to warrant card slots to manipulate those conditions to occur more frequently. That said, cards which mechanically synergize (i.e. successful runs on a marked server) such as [[Virtuoso]] can add their own value; in this case by providing additional accesses.
