Increases the variance over EH but I feel Professional Contacts is better in Hayley than EH because she's the only ID you can consistently use him twice per turn. This fairly consistently outpaces the gains for EH even if you don't find and play till turn 6-7 (which should be rare with Diesel and 3 pro-cos). Imho, of course.
