Lucky Girl v.2

This deck went 4-1 in the second of the SMC tournaments (http://www.smctournament.com/) and while I didn't do so well on the corp side, I had a crazy fun time running with this Lucky Girl.

I wanted to play with something that had the BIGGEST breakers and this is what I built. While some runners lean more toward the Stimshop side, I really liken this to a Test Run + Scavenge deck. The SOTs are there to "finish the combo" when you might have a scavenge in hand (or a test run) but not the other.

Often times, if I'm ready to combo up to get my morning star or garrotte or torch, I'll pop the SMC to get Leprechaun on the Table. My normal rig looked like Opus (unhosted), Torch/Gordian Blade (unhosted), Morningstar/Garrotte (on Leprechaun)

Another big key for this is the fragile little Leprechaun. It can feel daunting to have a Morningstar and Garrotte (or morning star and opus [or torch and...well, you get the picture]) sitting on that little guy, but let that nervousness drive you forward. Go with it...it will be okay, I promise.

With clot existing and the meta shifting to more big glacier style decks, it is fun to have the answers to those corporations with lil' ol' CT and her huge breakers.

When a corp sees that their next ice is pointless and their grail ice doesn't matter, there's a feeling of inevitability that sinks onto the board state. You can taste it...and it's delightful.

The deck is faster than I initially thought, often getting (enough of) the pieces up and running in four or five turns--which might be too slow for a FA deck, but in a post clot world, that works for me.

Couple of things that I know hurt: 1. Willo-Wisp.
2. Not running Plascrete (my one loss was because I dipped too low on money and then had my apartment a'sploded)

And a few side notes: Parasite can easily be exchanged for Clot (or for data sucker--though you will have to be thoughtful about how you set up your rig).

So...if you've ever wanted to see Garrotte/Morningstar/Torch/Opus on the table at the same time...unleash your inner-Timmy and try it out!
