In my opinion, one of core elements of Android:Netrunner is: if the runner has the right icebreakers and enough credits he/she is capable to run at any server.

So, the basic idea of this deck is destroy runner's programs. Once the runner run out of icebreakers, a single Ice Wall is enough to secure a server (except against bypassing).

The main line of defense is Archer. With the Corporate Troubleshooter, Archer can be very hard to break.

Very cheap Ice can be useful to gain credit boost through Security Subcontract.

Aggressive Secretary and Power Shutdown helps to hurt the runner's rig.

I would like to hear suggestions and criticisms.
