Hayley's Hole

If you’re in the mood for JANKY then this deck will be perfect for you. It’s got a few twists and turns, but you should be able to win and have fun while you do it.

The idea is to get one epic run and win the game in one turn. Setup can take a BIT of time but it’s well worth it when everything comes together. Let the suspense build. Buckle up. The awe at the end will be sweeter.

Using 3 Hyperdrivers gives you 13 clicks (or 15 if you use Amped Up as well), to check for Jackson Howard, CBI Raid H&Q, and keep running R&D with Keyhole until there are enough agendas in the archives to win the game.

Keep your Keyhole hidden, as no one expects it. If people DO expect the Keyhole, bust up their hand with a CBI Raid first.

There is not a single ice-breaker in this deck. DDoS + False Echo do all the work, and I have yet to play a game in which I can't do my thing because of ice. Play the game as if you have only that one turn to win, even though the second DDoS, the Hades Shard, and Amped Up, can give you a second chance.

The Technical Writers produce A LOT of money if they are installed early, so ideally you want them in your starting hand. On average, I install 8 programs and 5 hardware. The Replicator help get the NetChip up and running fast and thin your stack once you have more than 3 NetChip installed. I have only installed more than that when I have had multiple #Techical Writers out for the money, not the memory. Always use Replicator.

Because the core idea of the deck is the Keyhole, you want to hide it and protect it until it’s ready to destroy some dreams. Bookmarks help with that and ensure you don't lose it to a random damage. They are also a nice place for storing cards that won't be needed until the winning turn, like Amped Up, CBI Raid, Hades Shard, Notoriety, or random cards to help you against net damage losses.

You really only need to run to trash Jackson Howard, by either running archives or directly. #Hades Shard can be used randomly before the winning turn if you feel confident that the corp has been trashing agendas, relying on a rezzed Jackson. Sometimes, I run when the corp starts getting too cocky, but only if I don't risk losing keyhole or anything similarly valuable.

DDoS is one of the most important cards, but 2 seem to be enough as the deck has enough draw power and you need some time to set up the rig. Amped up can be switched for another DDoS for a safer, but a bit more boring play.

The deck doesn't try to play against everything, but it’s super fun and when it works it’s fun to watch your opponent’s disbelief.. It's very hard to play against PE, and impossible against Haarp, though.

Anyway, HAVE FUN, don’t take it too seriously, and if you have any suggestions drop ‘em off in the comments.

You mention Hades Shard but it's not in your deck. You have the influence for it, though.

You mention you find PE and Haarp hard. Is there room to add an Employee Strike to turn those IDs off? That or Film Critic as those two seem like great direct responses to those IDs.

Ah, I have many variations of the deck for testing and I must have posted the one without it. There was supposed to be one Hades Shard instead of a 3rd Bookmark.

Employee Strike sounds like a good idea. I will try it out. Thanks!
