One of my first shots at building a deck outside of a single revised core. The goal here is to install advance advance a lot, and leave the runner guessing. Is it project junebug? Is it NGO front? Or is it actually an agenda.

You have [Modded] in the title but note that the format is restricted to Core + Kitara only. No Scarcity of Resources or IPO available.

On that note, you're missing Gene Splicer which should be an immediate include in this kind of IAA deck.
