[Frankfurt30 Expansion] Sifting Fisk

These expansion decks were not created by MiakH himself, rather by myself, Zylyz. I wanted to have more decks and ID's to play casually, so I made 12 more decks. Feel free to test them out and suggest any changes to them. It was quite a challenge to build all the decks, and I have had to change around a couple cards in the existing Frankfurt30 decks to ensure no deck had duplicate cards being used. Enjoy!

The 6th and final Criminal ID I also wanted to try my hand as Fisk. Although, econ was getting a bit tight, and the remaining useable card pool as well. I realize trying to straight shoot for a mill win was unlikely, however, I still wanted to go for the flood strategy once I saw Information Sifting. I added a few resources to be annoying to the Corp, while you dig and get set-up. The breakers aren't quite ideal, but ideally you can get in a few select runs that are important enough.

NOTE: I took a few cards from other decks to help out Fisk:

Swap -3 Daily Casts from Smokeflash and add +3 Ghost Runner.

Swap -1 Eden Shard from Central Leela and add +1 Unscheduled Maintenance.
