From my experience, 3 Goverment contacts seems a bit too much and you don't have snares in your deck. Snares are good RnD protection and generally induce fear to the runner. I understand the 3 Data raves but i never liked them myself since they are not hard EtR ice. Cheers. It seems that the raves are just play style and meta. Still, do you not get clogged with the 3 Goverment Contacts?
